What should a hub club provide beyond fixtures?

Our club has been trying to register a female section for two seasons. The proposal says capacity will follow demand. From where I sit, the demand is here — what is missing is the route, the coaching pipeline and the changing provision.

Agree. The published material does not include a women and girls access map. Without that, "pathway improvement" is rhetoric.
