Summary
A searchable library of every public document relevant to the reform debate: source pack, financial filings, governance notes, Senedd material and YSA analysis.
Source
WRU, YSA, Senedd, regulator and public-record material.
What it says
Each card explains source, date, type, topic tags, why the document matters and what unanswered question it leaves open.
Why it matters
When the source is hidden, the conversation collapses into opinion. The library exists so members can read primary material, not third-hand summaries.
What remains unclear
Several documents referenced by the WRU consultation are not yet published in full. The library marks those as outstanding so members can track them.
