Community Rules

ClubHub is moderated to keep discussion useful. The aim is to test evidence, decisions and proposals — not to abuse people.

Draft / in reviewYSA is being developed as an independent platform and proposed foundation model. This page is a working draft published for transparency. Legal, charity, tax and trustee structures must be confirmed before fundraising or grant-making, and final policies will be reviewed by qualified advisers before public launch.

Section 1

Debate evidence and decisions, not people

You are welcome to challenge claims, decisions, structures and proposals. You are not welcome to attack individuals, families, employees, volunteers or other members.

Section 2

Safety, safeguarding and personal data

Do not post other people’s personal data, contact details, addresses or financial information. Do not post safeguarding disclosures in public threads — use the safeguarding contact instead so the disclosure is handled safely.

Section 3

Defamation and unsupported claims

Do not make defamatory claims. Where possible, source claims with documents, public records, official statements or evidence summaries from WRU Info. Posts presented as fact without source may be removed.

Section 4

No hate speech, abuse or spam

Hate speech, abuse, harassment, sexual content and spam are not allowed. Promotional posts unrelated to community rugby renewal will be removed.

Section 5

Verified club rooms

Some rooms are restricted to verified club representatives. Verification protects sensitive club discussion. Public users can read the rest of ClubHub freely.
