Section 1
General enquiries
For broad questions about YSA, the platform or the foundation proposal, send a general enquiry. We aim to reply within five working days while the platform is in build.
Section 2
Data and privacy
For data, privacy or rights requests under data-protection law, contact the data and privacy route. Once data-controller arrangements are confirmed we will publish the named contact and statutory response timeframe.
Section 3
Moderation and safety
For moderation appeals, safety concerns or to flag a post, contact the moderation route. For safeguarding disclosures, use the dedicated safeguarding route below — do not post the disclosure publicly.
Section 4
Club representative verification
Clubs wishing to register a verified representative can request access from inside the members workspace. The request goes to the verification team for review.
Section 5
Safeguarding
If you need to make a safeguarding disclosure, contact the safeguarding route. If a child or vulnerable person is at immediate risk, call the police on 999 or the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000.

Media and partners
For media enquiries or partnership conversations, send a media or partner enquiry. We respond as capacity allows during the build phase.
