Data Use and Survey Notice

YSA uses ClubHub as a sentiment layer. This page explains what we do with survey and discussion data, what we do not do, and the limits of any reporting we publish.

Last reviewed: 2026-04-30

Draft / in reviewYSA is being developed as an independent platform and proposed foundation model. This page is a working draft published for transparency. Legal, charity, tax and trustee structures must be confirmed before fundraising or grant-making, and final policies will be reviewed by qualified advisers before public launch.

Section 1

How ClubHub sentiment is interpreted

We summarise themes and concerns from discussion and survey data. We do not present individual posts or responses as a representative sample of all clubs, supporters or members in Wales.

Section 2

Survey caveats

Pulse and full evidence surveys are designed for structured input, not statistical sampling. Reports based on survey data carry a clear caveat unless the survey explicitly states a representative method has been used.

Section 3

Aggregate reporting only

We publish aggregated themes, counts and quotes. We do not publish individual responses, names or identifying details without the responder’s consent.

Section 4

No overclaiming

We do not publish numbers as if they prove a position when they merely indicate sentiment. Where evidence is mixed, contested or thin we say so.

Section 5

Your control

You can request deletion of your account-linked posts. Survey responses are stored without identifiers, so individual deletion may not be possible after submission, but you can stop participating at any time.
