YSA: Y Sylfaen Adfywio is an independent Welsh rugby renewal platform built to protect the community base, open the evidence and give clubs and supporters a place to be heard.

These terms apply to anyone visiting the site or creating an account. By using the platform you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Most of YSA is open to read without an account. You can browse public ClubHub discussions, read WRU Info evidence pages, view EGM information and read About without signing in.

Members create a YSA account to take part. Some areas — verified club rooms, club services and elevated reporting — require additional verification. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our community rules.

YSA content is provided for information, discussion and public-interest scrutiny. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Always seek qualified advice before making decisions affecting your club, family or business.

YSA-authored content (rebrand assets, page copy, evidence summaries) is published for community use within Welsh rugby. Source documents reproduced or summarised on WRU Info remain the property of their original authors and are used under fair-dealing principles for public-interest reporting and discussion.

We aim to keep the platform accurate, available and safe to use. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YSA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We will update these terms as the platform matures and as legal, charity and trustee structures are confirmed. We will note material changes in the platform updates feed and on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
