How can standards support volunteers without drowning them?

I am the safeguarding lead, treasurer and fixtures secretary. We talk about clubs as institutions but most clubs are three or four people doing all the unglamorous work. New standards must come with practical templates, not extra paperwork.

YSA Layer 3 needs to fund this directly. Volunteer support is not a nice-to-have, it is the load-bearing wall.
